There’s a saying you may have heard …
“Building a business is the best personal development seminar on the planet!”
It brings everything to the surface to be healed, cleared and loved.
It can be a mirror for all areas of your life.
It’s not uncommon that once a woman decides to invest in herself and go for her dreams that all kinds of feelings appear – happiness, excitement, curiosity, fear, doubt, sadness and everything in between!
These kinds of feelings are par for the course.
I find that when women step into their business and power more fully, emotions that have been buried deep inside bubble up and scream for their attention.
Women also tell me that thoughts like, “Can I really do this? How am I going to do this?” run through their mind like crazy.
There’s no doubt that when you commit and make an investment in yourself, all kinds of feelings come up, and you see what’s been blocking you.
I can’t tell you how many times I sobbed to my coach while working to launch my business online.
I didn’t just save my tears for her. I also cried to my Mastermind partners, friends and family.
If you find yourself going from sheer excitement, motivation and joy to sadness, doubt and fear, know you’re not alone and these feelings pass.
The life of an entrepreneur isn’t for the faint of heart, but it’s also filled with MANY good times too!
There’s nothing like a client telling you you’ve helped change their life and made a huge difference.
The feeling of creating something new is exhilarating!
Feeling inspired, lit up, in-the-flow and on purpose is indescribable.
Easily paying your bills, seeing your savings account grow and having the money to live your dreams while helping others live theirs is a beautiful blessing and gift.
I share this with you because it’s so easy to let fear take you out.
STAY THE COURSE. Keep showing up. Surround yourself with others who are doing big things in the world. Invest in yourself.
When fears arise (which they will) …
Ask your emotions what messages they have for you.
Shift your mindset and perception of the situation.
Do something to create a “state change.”
Take inspired and positive action.
Don’t give up!
Be patient with yourself and remember …
You can do, be or have anything you desire.
Commit to yourself.
Commit to your dreams.
Commit to this journey.
